Are you selling real gold? How would I know that they are?
At Antoinette’s Gold, we guarantee that our products are all genuine and stamped. The only way for you to find out is to get them checked at a pawnshop. We have a money back guarantee if you have proven to us that your item is fake.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
Please message us as soon as you have received your order so we could rectify the problem.
What is your policy for delayed items?
All onhand items purchased from our website will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm and it’s fully insured. In the event of a delay, please refer to the tracking details provided on the email sent after despatch. Once we have handed over the parcels to our logistics partner, we have no control over this. If your order is delayed or are unhappy with their service, you can apply for a refund of your shipping fee.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
All pre order items are despatched by our suppliers in a timely manner, however, in the event of delays, which could be due to several reasons including customs check, flight disruptions etc.. we would greatly appreciate if you could wait for upto 90 days as these incidents are beyond our control. All pre orders delayed for more than 90 days will be fully refunded.
Can I expedite my shipping?
We try our best to satisfy all our customers requests but we can only do so much. We already have the fastest shipping method on offer, and we also ship all items on the same day, given they were ordered before 4pm, Monday to Friday. All orders after this time will be despatched on the following Monday. We do not ship during the weekends.
Do you deliver?
We don’t do deliveries but rest assured that our trusted logistic partners are reliable and fast.
How long will the delivery take?
If you have ordered from our onhand items, we usually dispatch all orders within the same day if the purchase was made before our cut off time of 3pm, Monday to Friday. All orders made after 3pm on Friday, will be shipped on the following Monday as we do not ship orders on a weekend.
Pre order items could take upto 14 days to arrive if there will be no delays with our logistics partners.
We highly advise you to order in advance if you are planning to give the jewelleries as a gift as we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays.
Who is your courier?
We use Royal Mail on all of our shipments. This is fully insured and we have been using this service for a long time.
If you prefer another courier, please do not hesitate to ask and we will surely accommodate your request. All price difference on the shipment fee should be shouldered by the buyer.

Do you do customised jewelleries?
Yes we do. Any items, with or without stones, any fonts you may require can be customised. Just send us a message on our Facebook account or WhatsApp!
Cancellation on pre orders and customised items.
We understand that things could sometimes go beyond our control, however, we are only a small business and could not shoulder the loss, so please be responsible with all purchases being made to us. All cancellations will not be accommodated.
