Refund and Returns Policy

Return / Exchange

We hope you love your new jewellery! However, in case this did not meet your expectations, we accept returns or exchange on all onhand items purchased within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Returns or exchange are not accepted on all pre order and customised items. We also cannot accept any earrings being returned for hygiene purposes. 

We inspect all items before dispatch and ensure that all items are in perfect new condition. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged but we cannot replace the item if you have damaged it yourself. We can only replace items if you can prove that they have arrived damaged (ex. a video while unboxing etc.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items being returned must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds could take several days depending on the refund policy of the payment method used or your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded

Shipping Fee For Returns

Shipment fee for all returns will be shouldered by the buyer. It must also be posted with tracking and insurance. Failure to do so could lead to item being lost in the post and we won’t be held liable for any lost or refunds. To complete your return, please message our Facebook page or any of our contact information provided on our website.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. And in case you exchange it for another item, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the new item to be shipped.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
